Alexandre Gruber began his legal career in January 1996 as an associate lawyer with the law firm Chaney, Connor, Lemétais & Associés (now Lmt Avocats). Fluent in German, he joined Christian Connor's team handling the commercial litigation cases of mainly German client businesses.
He quickly specialized in international transport law litigation (carriage by road and by sea) as well as in matters of industrial and computer-related risks for an international but still predominantly German clientele.
His perfect command of insurance and liability law led him to become actively involved in Lmt Avocat's major industrial risk and arbitration cases. He was offered a partnership in January 2004.
Alexandre Gruber provides advice and assistance equally to big industrial groups (notably in the mechanical engineering, chemical, and heavy industry sectors) and small- and medium-sized businesses and industries involved in judicial and arbitral litigation proceedings. Leader of Lmt Avocats' Transport / Customs team, his work contributes to increasing the law firm's already excellent reputation in the field.
Alexandre Gruber conducts judicial litigation for French and foreign insurance companies, brokers, carriers, and intermediaries. He also assists corporations with the drawing-up of logistics, transport, and forwarding contracts.
