After training in both business law and management, Antoine Lemétais acquired extensive experience advising businesses on French and international tax issues and contract negotiation, first as an associate with the law firm Gide, Loyrette, Nouel, and then as a partner in his own business law firm.

Thanks to his knowledge of company law and his command of investment, acquisition, and financing mechanisms, he is able to handle cases involving business transfers and acquisitions, alliances, reorganisations, and shareholders' agreements for French and foreign corporations alike. He also advises funds and management teams in private equity transactions. Lastly, he conducts judicial and arbitral litigation, both as counsel and as arbitrator, especially in disputes involving shareholders or mergers and acquisitions.

Furthermore, Antoine Lemétais has acquired over twenty-five years' valuable experience in the life sciences sector thanks to his acquaintance with the pharmaceutical industry, its players and their activities, as well as to his skills in regulatory, M&A, and contractual negotiation matters. He provides advice and assistance to many major players in the field, helping them to structure and develop their businesses and to conduct their development, distribution, and promotion activities.
