Arbitration day : London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)

Stanley Chaney will be taking part – as he does every year – in the Arbitration Day organized on 30 October in Dubai by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). He will be asking whether this institution intends to change its Arbitration Rules pertaining to the emergency arbitrator as provided for by article 29 of the new Arbitration and ADR Rules of the ICC's International Court of Arbitration which is coming into force on 1 January 2012.
The Arbitration Day will be following the event organized by the ICC's International Court of Arbitration after the adoption of its new Rules.
