Arnaud Bourdon took up a partnership with Lmt Avocats in 2009 where he joined the Company Law / Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity team.
Previously a lawyer with Azoulai & Associés, a law firm that he joined as an associate in 1998 before being made a partner in 2001, his experience includes positions with an insolvency practice and before that with an accounting firm.
Thanks to his legal know-how and experience and to his perfect understanding of businesses and their needs, he is able to assist national and international distribution chains with their external growth and development issues and to advise them on their daily matters.
Arnaud Bourdon has acquired extensive experience and recognized skills in company law and mergers & acquisitions matters, although his areas of expertise also include bankruptcy law, business reorganisations, and commercial leases. He acts as both legal advisor and trial counsel for Lmt Avocats' clients.
