Charlotte Spiesser-Lacombe, who joined Lmt Avocats in 2001, is a senior associate on its Commercial Litigation team, helping clients with their various contractual issues, particularly in matters of commercial property and warranties against claims.
Charlotte Spiesser-Lacombe has also been developing her bankruptcy law skills for several years (provisional administration, ad hoc assignment proceedings, conciliation, safeguarding proceedings, business recovery and winding-up proceedings, etc.). That expertise enables her to assist French and foreign clients wishing to protect themselves from the consequences of defaulting business partners, looking to take over distressed companies, or undergoing difficult times themselves.
Furthermore, with her training and experience in health law, Charlotte Spiesser-Lacombe is the lawyer to turn to for help for life sciences professionals with general commercial law and specifically pharmaceutical law issues (advertising litigation, relations between businesses and the medical profession under the French DMOS act, regulatory compliance, etc.).
