Christine Baudoin worked for eight years as an in-house counsel for an international construction and property development group before being admitted to the Bar in 1981. In 1987, she founded with Stanley Chaney a practise which, after several mergers, would ultimately become Lmt Avocats. In 1988, she took part with two of her current partners in the creation of the first European economic interest grouping, PLG, an international network of law firms.
With the benefit of her professional experience, she understands the needs of client businesses which she advises and assists before the judicial courts in all employment matters, especially individual employment relations, staff representation, and corporate reorganisations.
She is particularly involved in all aspects of labour law pertaining to the new technologies, and especially teleworking, employee cybersurveillance, etc.
