With a joint professional master's degree in business development and management from the universities of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris XI Sceaux, Emmanuel Fleury joined Lmt Avocats' Commercial Litigation team in 2005.
Although specializing in advice and assistance to both French and foreign clients confronted with judicial issues, in particular in the field of contract law, unfair competition, and commercial property matters, Emmanuel Fleury has also developed specific skills in customs and transport law.
