A lawyer since January 2005, with solid training in the law of obligations, Jean-Christophe first practised as a general business lawyer, working on both commercial law and labour law cases. Then, in December 2007, he joined Lmt Avocats' Employment team, where labour law is now his exclusive speciality.
Jean-Christophe Guy essentially assists French groups and the French subsidiaries of foreign groups with the legal management of their human resources needs (collective bargaining agreements, contractual audits, reorganizations, etc.) in addition to representing them in individual and collective disputes (contested social plans or elections, litigation before the employment tribunals, etc.). His regular clients include businesses in the press, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industries.
