Furthermore, the law firm, which regularly participates in all major university, business school and law school forums, offers students (master's degree and higher) traineeship opportunities of 3 to 6 months.

Under the law firm's tutoring programme, trainees have access to quality training from experienced lawyers –not to mention the possibility of becoming an associate themselves.

  Profile

Lmt Avocats are looking for licensed attorneys (CAPA) with a master's degree in law. Fluency in English is required.

Additional training (business school or foreign university diploma) is a valuable asset, and knowledge of a second European language will be an advantage.

Candidates must be highly motivated and team-spirited, open-minded, and willing to get deeply involved in all aspects of life in a law firm.

  Career opportunity

From the outset, associates will be assigned to one or several of the law firm's teams according to their training, wherein they will acquire and/or develop specific skills for the relevant area of legal and/or technical expertise.

Under the supervision of the partners in charge, they will be assigned varied tasks and will work with the team on the law firm's cases, thereby acquiring and developing further knowledge and experience.

They will progressively be granted greater autonomy and the ability to specialise in their areas of expertise and work in close collaboration with the law firm's other members, eventually leading to a partnership once they have proven their professional and relational qualities and their overall capacity to be a part of the law firm's growth.
