Reginald Legenre started his career in 2000 as a lawyer with the law firm Arthur Andersen. In 2002, he left for Willkie Farr & Gallagher and then again in 2004 for Franklin, where he took part in the development of their brand-new Tax department. Réginald Legenre joined Lmt Avocats in 2010, where he is in charge of the Tax team.
With his solid experience in group reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate taxation, he assists clients at all stages of their tax audits or litigation proceedings.
He also advises business managers on the tax issues raised by their LBO investments as well as on the organisation of their business assets.
